It is a love hotel... meaning people go there to have sex. A condom on the desk is the welcome gift.
The internet was good.
The staff did not speak any english and the room smell a little funny.
Hotel staffs were very kind and the hotel was good value for money. And also the hotel location was closed and easy to move by subway or bus. When I visit to Korea, I will stay this hotel again.
I really like their staffs there. First I checked-in very late around 10-ish 11pm' the uncle there got quite concerned about my late arrival, asking how I got there and even told me the KAL bus limousine I can use when going back. At the last day when he see me with heavy luggages he initiated to carry it all the way to the KAL bus station for me. I am so lucky to get his help! Speaking of KAL bus, it's just at the renassiance hotel a stone throw away from here. And they provide you with free popcorns and ice blended drinks~!
The location, the room, the staff, everything was excellent. I stayed even longer than planned. For the price you get a very comfortable and clean big room. I liked everything in the hotel but the best are the staff who are ready to help you whenever you need something. Their english was also very good. I recommend and probably will visit the hotel again.
Very nice staff, always good for a chat. Very friendly and if you want to change the room, they try to accomodate you.
Breakfast choice is somewhat small.
We arrived very early in the morning at the hotel and the front desk staff immediately checked us in and escorted us to our rooms without questions asked. They were indeed very accomodating.
Clean Efficient staff with reasonable to good English Helpful
Breafast for Westerner was not that appetizing The breakfast lounge is close to eating in a hospital room Taxis could not find the hotel
Location and helpfull staff
It is a 'rent buy the hour' love hotel not really a hotel. There are so many of those in Korea. Dirty bathroom, noisy rooms, sticky carpet. You get the picture.
Very friendly staff and silence in the rooms
Breakfast very poor and badly organized
Front desk staff spoke English very well.
construction going on in area noisy early in morning.
Centrally located, staff friendly, hospitable and helpful. Eric Moon outstanding gift with customers and happy to walk an extra mile to ensure customer service excellence. He take an interest in customer needs and if the need cannot be satisfied by the hotel he ensures that he guides the guest where the service or need would be found.
rooms. had mosquitoes. had one next to air-con compressors and was very noisy.
The comfort and room's cleaness
Location and the neighborhood
I'm a single professional foreigner who booked this Hotel at the last minute. I was able to experience a room on level 3 on rear of the Hotel and then 2 nights on level 6 facing the street. I went out all night and come back to sleep during the daylight hours. This was fine as they have wooden door style blinds that block out the sunlight. The rooms are nice and modern. Eric the English speaking manager catered for all my requests including setting up my computer/TV to stream a live game overseas that I didn't want to miss. Seriously, if you are a traveler and want to explore the city on a budget this is a good way to go. One little gem I discovered was the little seafood place around the corner (turn left as you exit front door and its at the end of the alley/street). If you ever wanted to try live octopus go here! They have a sign with a photo on the front so you can't miss it. Looks unassuming and a place only where locals know about it, as the owners did not know how to speak English and were curious to participate in initiating me to this delicious dish. I was lucky to have someone who just happened to be able to translate for me and I had a great time at this restaurant trying some special dishes that were not on the menu. Trust me this place is not as seedy as previous conservative sounding reviewers have made it out to be. If you want 5 star go around the corner to Renaissance and pay your money. Don't pay 70 bucks and expect that. The owners of this place are just trying to make an honest living much like everyone else in Korea!
The only thing is I dont know about weekdays as Monday morning the contruction across the road continued.
